First Service Residential provides support for Homeowners in the Riata Ranch Community. This includes maintenance issues (common areas, parks, pool, splash pad, tennis courts, gates, etc.), questions about Deed Restrictions, financials, assessments/dues, Architectural Review requests, monthly board meetings, annual homeowners meeting and BBQ Hut reservations.
