BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Riata Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. Board of Directors hold their monthly Board Meeting as follows:
Date: Third Monday of the Month
Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

The meeting will be held to discuss the financial reports for the Association and review the reports provided by Crest Management.
Please note the meetings are held to conduct Association business. If you wish to be placed on the agenda to address the Board, please contact our First Service Residential Community Managers.
The Board will have a homeowner forum at the end of the meeting. Owners and/or topics are limited to no more than 5 minutes and if there are lengthy discussions, the Board reserves the right to place the matter on the agenda of an upcoming meeting.
During executive session the Board may discuss pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, attorney-client communications, private matters concerning individual owners and other matters where affected parties request confidentiality.
