Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vacation Watch
HSCO provides a Vacation Watch service that provides additional patrols through your neighborhood if you are out of town. When completing the online form, select “MUD 196 (Riata Ranch HOA), D5” in the HSCO Contracts drop-down field.

First Service Residential provides support for Homeowners in the Riata Ranch Community. This includes maintenance issues (common areas, parks, pool, splash pad, tennis courts, gates, etc.), questions about Deed Restrictions, financials, assessments/dues, Architectural Review requests, monthly board meetings, annual homeowners meeting and BBQ Hut reservations.

Harris County Precinct 3 provides maintenance and support of public roadways in the Riata Ranch Community.
