SUBSCRIBE TO THE RIATA RANCH EMAIL LIST
The Riata Ranch Board of Directors meet the 4th Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at the offices of SCS Management located at 7170 Cherry Park and begin at 6:30PM.
If you would like to address the Board, you must be placed on the business agenda. Please contact Debbie Spaw with SCS Management at 281-500-7107.
In order to be placed on the agenda, you must contact Ms. Spaw two weeks prior to the meeting.
DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS, THERE WILL NOT BE A DECEMBER MEETING.
At the October HOA monthly meeting, some residents requested that the Board have the Meeting minutes posted on the website. Beginning with the approved minutes from October, we will begin doing that, just click on the button to the left for Monthly minutes to view them.
There was also a request for a map of Riata Ranch be put on the website. The engineer for MUD196 is modifying a District map for us. When he finishes it we will post it gere with its own button.
We have been in formed that the work on the street lights at Cypress-N-Houston should be completed in a couple of weeks. Our guess is that they will be up for a little while before they actually turn them on to allow people to recognize they're there and begin anticipating their being turned on. This is a common practice.
