Facilities
Riata Ranch has great facilities. This section provides information on rules for access and use. Many of our facilities are open year-round and do not require reservation.
- Community pool; Find information about access and use of our pool and the schedule and opening hours for this year.
- Submit a completed Facility Rental Agreement to reserve the Riata Ranch pavilion and rest rooms.;
- Sport fields; Coming soon.
- Tennis courts; Information about the use of the community tennis courts.
Home-owners
Considering a home improvement project? Exterior changes need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Always consult your deed restrictions. Copies of the deed restrictions for all Riata Ranch sections will be added soon.
- Architectural Review Application. Required for all exterior changes to residences, garages and other structures on the property. Approval needs to be obtained before the construction, painting, repairs start.
- Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions ('Deed Restrictions'): Section 1 - Section 2 - Section 3 - Section 4 - Section 5 - Section 6 - Section 7 - Section 8 - Section 9 - Section 10 - Section 11.

Safety
Neighborhood safety depends on all of us. If you observe vandalism or observe strange or dangerous behavior; call the sheriff (713-221-6000).
- Crime Reports for Riata Ranch area. The Crime Reports website provides a map with all crimes reported. Users can filter the types of crime, the period and the location.
- Report a street light outage. If a street light is not working or blinking: notify Centerpoint Energy and it will be fixed shortly. Working street lights make our neighborhood safer - don't wait for someone to call, submit a outage notice online - it takes two minutes.
- Going out of town? Complete and submit a Vacation watch form to request sheriff and deputies to monitor your property while you are away. Peace of mind at the cost of a stamp (to mail the form to the sheriff's office). And remember: Inform your neighbors about your travel plans; an extra pair of eyes always helps.
