During the executive session the Board may discuss pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, attorney-client communications, private matters concerning individual owners and other matters where affected parties request confidentiality.
We value the input of all our homeowners, to ensure we have time to conduct association business we will making some changes to the agenda order. Financial, business and community reports will be provided by Crest Management first. Once the board has addressed those items, we will have an open forum for homeowners and guests.
